Each player is permitted to hold one bxpech account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bxpech employs automated and manual duplicate account detection systems. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals may be voided at bxpech's sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bxpech account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bxpech will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel.
You must notify bxpech immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. Until we receive such notification, bxpech shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account. Any activity conducted through your bxpech account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless and until you notify us of a security breach.
bxpech is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") in accordance with its international gaming license obligations. KYC may be triggered at registration, prior to a withdrawal, or at any other time at bxpech's discretion. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. bxpech reserves the right to temporarily restrict account functionality pending completion of KYC.
bxpech accounts held by Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bxpech does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR deposits or withdrawals. Players who fund their accounts in USDT TRC20 will have their balance converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
bxpech accepts the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. bxpech reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. The minimum deposit on bxpech is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. bxpech reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion for responsible gaming or fraud prevention purposes.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by bxpech are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to the individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded to a bxpech account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion's terms and conditions.

Each game available on the bxpech platform is governed by its own game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between the game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules specifically state otherwise in relation to a particular matter.
All sports betting markets on bxpech, including PSL, international cricket, and other sporting events, are governed by the bxpech Sportsbook Rules. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. bxpech reserves the right to void or amend bets where an obvious error has occurred in the pricing of a market, or where the integrity of a sporting event is in question.
In the event of a disconnection during a game or betting event, the outcome of the interrupted round or wager will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's disconnection policy. bxpech is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of technical failures on the part of the player's internet service provider or device.
In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, the affected round will be void and any stakes will be returned to the player's bxpech account. bxpech's decision in relation to malfunction disputes is final.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any bxpech intellectual property beyond this limited licence.
You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise exploit any part of the bxpech platform without our express prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bxpech and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
bxpech's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of the relevant disputed transaction or PKR 50,000, whichever is lower. Nothing in these Terms limits bxpech's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.
bxpech collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a bxpech account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bxpech reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the bxpech platform at least 7 days before the amendments take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or by our licensing authority, in which case amendments may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the bxpech platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
You may close your bxpech account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or disputed transactions are pending.
bxpech reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, bxpech reserves the right to void any pending bonuses and associated winnings. Any real-money balance remaining in the account after deduction of any voided bonus winnings will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method within 30 business days, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bxpech holds its international gaming license. bxpech operates under an international gaming license and is subject to the regulatory oversight of the applicable licensing authority.
In the event of any dispute between you and bxpech, you should first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
If your complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by bxpech's licensing authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
These Terms are published in English, which is the binding version. Any translations provided for the convenience of Pakistani players are for reference only and shall not have legal effect.
